FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In our line of work, we've found that our customers and potential clients often have a lot of unanswered questions regarding our limousine services, our pricing, how reservations work, and even about our chauffeurs. To help allay some of your questions, we've included some of the most often asked questions here on our website. This is not meant to replace our helpful and friendly booking agents, who are always available to answer any questions you might have... should your particular query not be found here.

Can we drink alcohol on the vehicle?
Yes you can! We don't provide you with alcohol so you'll have to bring your own. You can bring as much as you want though. If there are those who are under the age of 21 on the vehicle, there cannot be a single drop of alcohol on the vehicle.
Is there a minimum age to ride a limo bus?
There is no minimum age to ride a limo bus. However, please remember that it is illegal for anybody under the age of 21 to have alcohol. Any violators of this rule will be removed from the vehicle.
Are we allowed to travel outside your local service area?
Yes, you may travel outside of the local service area. However, if your pick up or drop off is outside of the local service area, you may be subject to a very reasonable fuel surcharge. Any hidden fees?
We have nothing to hide from you. You'll be informed all the information you may need to know. Your hourly rate will cover all costs. We will tell you and explain any potential charges you may come across like a damage charge or a cleaning fee.
Do I have to have a credit card to reserve a vehicle?
Yes. You will need a credit or debit card to put down a deposit when you book your limo bus or limousine. The rest of the balance can be paid in cash, but it is necessary for the deposit to be on a card.
Can our reservation be canceled?
Once you pay your deposit, your reservation cannot be canceled. We will tell you this before you finalize to make sure you are aware. You'll have to pay for the service whether you use it or not. You cannot change the date of your reservation either. Depending on availability and how early you call to see, you might be able to change the time or the vehicle.
Can we smoke on the limousines or limo buses?
In order to keep our vehicles clean, free of burn holes, and smelling fresh, we do not allow smoking. We understand that smokers will need breaks, so we include unlimited stops at no extra charge.
Do we tip the driver?
You are not required to tip the driver. They get paid a hourly rate and don't survive off tips. Tips are a great way to show the driver you liked the service they performed. It's greatly appreciated.
How do I know if a vehicle is available?
Just give us a call or send us an email! Our reservation specialists can pull up any day and time in our schedule and instantly see which vehicles we still have available. They'll help you choose which one will work best for your group, give you an accurate quote, and set up your reservation if you are ready.
What if we stay over our time?
That's okay. You won't be charged a crazy fee for staying over. You'll be charged your normal rate but divide up into 15 minute increments so that you don't pay for time you don't use. If you would like to stay an extendable time out, please call us and let us know.
